Pandit to Offer Thanks for Government Bailout: "Vikram S. Pandit, Citigroup's chief executive, is expected to tell a government panel overseeing the bailout program that the bank owes a 'large debt of gratitude' to American taxpayers for stabilizing it with billions of dollars of federal aid, according to his prepared testimony."
